We will store personal information about you on our server(s). This comprises the information you provided at the time you registered, including your name, contact details, email address (which also serves as your username) and password. You may change these details at any time by sending an email to admin@steelspec.org.uk.
We will not pass this information to anyone else. We may however use this information to inform you about improvements to SteelSpec and about other products (unless you have indicated at the time of registration that you do not wish your contact details to be used for this purpose).
We only use cookies to enable your access to the password-protected data for which you have paid. Cookies are not used to store your personal information or to track your usage of the site.
If you pay on-line by credit card, the transaction will be handled by NetBanx on their secure server. NetBanx does not retain any information about you (see www.netinvest.co.uk/ncr/netbanx/privacy.html).
We will retain normal transaction and accounting details, on paper and on our computer system. This information will not be passed to any third party other than for normal auditing or regulatory purposes.
Definition
"We" means either the Engineering Employer's Federation (EEF) or Granta Design Ltd, who host the website and maintain the client database on EEF's behalf.
